Well done Gordon! I agree, why should chefs serve produce that is out of season? Surely they are professional enough to realise that in season produce is fresher and more nutritious, and can think of many different ways of making it taste delicious. I think Gordon may be going over the top a bit, but sometimes you need to knock a head or two together to make a change.
