Connage Highland Dairy
Organic vegetarian Cheeses produced on the family farm at Milton of Connage,
Ardersier, Inverness. We grow our own feed for our cows and they graze the
clover pastures on the shores of the Moray Firth. We don't add cream to our
fresh cheeses as our milk is creamy enough. We make award winning cheeses:
Clava brie, a wonderful delicate Scottish brie
Unpasteurised Dunlop, a Scottish hard cheese
Traditionally smoked Dunlop
Connage Crowdie, a fresh curd cheese
Cromal, a semi hard cheese
