UKTV FOOD: LOCAL FOOD HERO! This was won by owner Bernard Thain last year. Fencebay is primarily a seafood business, selling  locally caught fish and shellfish, much  caught by our own boat, Pegasus. We have a smokehouse, using traitional methods to smoke trout, salmon and kippers, bacon, chicken and duck. We have a farm shop, a Seafood Restaurant, Fins, and a craft- and cookshop.
