“We bought a bag of your flour when driving north up M6. It is by far the best flour I have used for breadmaking.It's great and we feel that it is grown and milled by people who care. Now I've found Shipton Mill's (can I talk about them!?)recipe for an overnight sourdough pot loaf that needs no kneading so that's to be my next experiment - with your flour. Will keep you updated.
