We produce and sell High Callis Organic Lamb, vacuum packed, ready for fridge or freezer.  We also produce organic flour, porridge oats and potatoes.  Visitors welcome by arrangement.

Taste of success at Food Awards

J.Stringer & Sons are celebrating scooping Best Bakery Product at the Deliciouslyorkshire Food Awards. The Organic Bread Mix produced on the farm by Chris Stringer managed to beat out Betty's Tea Rooms at the ceremony held in Harrogate. Chris attributes the quality of the flour to the home grown wheat and traditionally designed Austrian mill she uses at the farm. The wheat is stone-ground and the heavy stone rotates slowly so the grain is kept cooler while being milled to avoid spoiling the nutrients. In addition to the winning Bread Mix, Chris also produces a variety of flours for bread making and baking, a pizza dough mix, porridge oats and Wolds Breakfast Cereal.
