Overbury Farms conforms to all of the Farm Assurance requirements for the “Little Red Tractor” and is also a LEAF Marque farm.

Overbury lambs are reared naturally grazing on parkland and peas in the summer and specialist fodder crops during the winter months – in order to maintain the natural flavours of the meat through the year.

Our LEAF Marque lamb is reared with all the LEAF principles.  These principles follow Integrated Farm Management with which we aim to have a whole farm policy aimed at providing efficient and profitable production which is economically viable and environmentally responsible.  It integrates beneficial natural processes into modern farming practices using the most appropriate technology and aims to minimise the environmental risks while conserving, enhancing and recreating that which is of environmental importance. 

Moving closer to the general public by directly marketing our lamb allows us to appreciate the requirements of a discerning public as to how their food is produced.  We have a brand and quality that is trusted by our customers and one which are committed to improving.
