 Secolare is a single estate extra virgin olive oil. Its name derives from the age of the trees in this olive grove situated between Lake Trasimeno and Lake Chiusi where the borders of Umbria and southern Tuscany meet. Here we have 200 olive trees some of which are hundreds of years old. | ||||

 Le Cretaie
Le Cretaie is a single estate extra virgin olive oil from our olive grove of the same name on the slopes of Mount Cetona in the southernmost corner of Tuscany. We have 144 olive trees ranging from 30 to 60 years of age.
This mature grove has a mix of Correggiolo, Moraiolo, Leccino and Maremmano olive coltivars, the blend of which make for this classic southern Tuscan olive oil's zingy taste! A strong character olive oil for dressing and drizzling. | ||||

| La Frazzaia single estate extra virgin olive oil is our Gran Cru. Its name derives from the precise location of the olive grove on the slopes of Mount Cetona (as featured in the photo) in the southernmost corner of Tuscany. Here we have 50 olive trees of approximately 50 years of age. This mature grove is exclusively one type of olive tree, the Correggiolo, which makes for this very sought after single cultivar oil with an aroma of freshly cut grass, and an undercurrent of artichoke. | ||||
