we have been awarded an impressive 3 stars Great Taste Award for our beef. July 2010. Very few 3 star awards are given and the beef was judged unanimously by 20 judges to get 3 stars. Grass fed, 3 weeks hung pedigreee Galloway beef. We have won the Best Local Food Award from the Scottish Countryside Aliance, for our environmentally aware and sustainably managed land.
