Bronze and White Turkeys. Free range turkeys allowed to grow slowly & roam on
herb rich pastures. Dressed and hung on the farm for low stress and maximum
flavour. Turkeys ordered will be delivered on the 23rd of December (unless the
customer requests an alternative delivery date). Large turkeys of over 8.5kg in
weight are available, but only for collection from the farm. Please phone us for

Here at Brynblodau (pronounced 'brin-blod-eye' and meaning 'flower hill' in Welsh) we have been producing free range bronze and white turkeys for nearly 20 years on our family farm. We are situated just 10 miles from the Cardigan Bay coast with amazing views across a rich green valley.
The turkey poults come to us when they are day old (much to the joy of our three children!) and are cared for in a shed with brooders to keep them warm. As they grow bigger and stronger they are moved to a very large shed with plenty of room for them to move around. The birds are let out of the shed every day and enjoy roaming and running around their field finding extra bits and bobs to eat.
Our turkeys are cared for to the highest standards and are grown to produce meaty birds with a rich flavour. Our bronze birds have a slightly more rich and 'gamey' flavour than the white birds and both are guarenteed to be rich and succulent. Once tried, never forgotton!
Our turkeys are all processed on the farm by ourselves so that you can be assured of the highest standards. Your turkey will be sent to you via courier (next-day delivery) in a temperature controlled box.
