As bread producers we supply local markets in Mansfield and Southwell but have recently realised that there is a gap in the market for organic bread available on the internet. We hope to start filling that gap with yummy bread, made by hand using only locally-sourced flours. We bake them in our own kitchen, to order, so they are delivered to you fresh through our couriers. One try and you won\\\'t go back to the supermarket loaf, which, let\\\'s face it, smells of vinegary preservatives when you toast it! We don\\\'t put anything in our bread but what should be there.

Try us as caterers too. We are trying to do something different in this area...that is offering local people locally-sourced, often organic, reasonably priced buffets and meals.
