Essex Birds
We are a small Free Range chicken producers. Remember what chickens really used to taste like? As the old recipes show, these succulent birds were a firm favourite on festive occasions like Christmas for those not wanting a Turkey. We are committed to reviving the taste of a bygone era.
Our chickens are raised free as a bird, fresh whole free range chickens fed on additive free feeds. We keep to strict free range standards producing succulent birds, full of flavour with more meat on the bone.
