“I placed an internet order from Flaxfarm on 25/10/08. My credit card was charged immediately for the full order. Several days later I received only half my order. Thinking this was a genuine mistake I called and left a voice message. I have also emailed & left a further voice message. To date (29/11/08), I have recieved no response and no refund. This outlet gives internet shopping a bad name! I will not be purchasing from Flax Farm again.
