HIGH WEALD DAIRY
The Dairy is a family run business, established in 1988 on Ashdown Forest.
In 2003, we moved the cheese production to the organic cow dairy farm in
Horsted Keynes.The cows milk is pumped across the yard into the cheese
production area...food yards not miles. The sheep milk is supplied to the dairy
by several farms, and turned into a delicious range of English style and
Mediterranean style cheese.
