HIGH WEALD DAIRY
We make a wide range of cheeses from Organic cow milk, conventional and organic sheep milk and most recently goat milk. Based in Horsted Keynes,the farms organic cow milk is turned into a range of Award Winning cheese. The Sheep milk is made into a delicious selection of hard and soft cheeses including Feta stlye and Halloumi cheese and the Goat milk is made into a lovely nutty cheese called Sister Sarah.
