from day old on our farm.
All fed a high cereal diet, containing Farm Assured cereals
grown by us. Our turkeys grow slowly to 22 to 24 weeks to reach full maturity
naturally.
With total access to natural light and ventilation.Dressed
and hung on the farm in a Traditional manner to enhance the natural flavours.
