Lizi's Granola
I have been making Granola for
nearly twenty years now, refining
and adapting the recipe as I went
along. My granolas use only natural ingredients, are wheat-free and have their
GL measured to confirm that they have slow energy release. They are the only
breakfast cereals that keep me going so that I'm not reaching for the
biscuit barrel by mid-morning.
