All our poultry is slow grown, naturally fed, dressed on the farm and hung to improve flavour.We produce our own lambs for sale either as half or whole lamb freezer packs or for sale in our traditional meat counter open every saturday.We also grow our own hereford cattle which are traditionally hung on the bone up to 4 weeks -flavour to die for-
