“I was very pleased with this particular farmshop, which has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This place is particularly interesting as it is also an open fully working farm; so it is easily possible to see precisely where all the products in the shop come from and how they are reared. The connected tea room also allows the opportunity to taste most of these excellent products as all of its menu is sourced directly from the shop. Contrary, to the previous reviewer, I found the sausages to be remarkably good, with a lot of flavour and a very smooth texture. In regards to the bacon; whilst more fat is present than the intensively farmed supermarket bacon they are obviously accustomed to, do they not realise the fat is where the flavour comes from!

“This place is trying hard but cant help feel they don\'t have a good butcher and just one of many trying to jump on a band wagon. Sausages are very poor. just need better recepie. The bacon sold with more fat than meet. I would love this place to take off but it wont. Once is enough with so much choice out there. It could be great but just is not! will try again in a year or so manybe
