I make my own crumbly Organic and Fairtrade Fudge. Various flavours,
clottrd cream, vanilla, chocolate. coffee. ginger, rum and raisin, white
chocolate coated vanilla to name a few. All made are made using traditional
methods by hand. I use natural organic ingredients sugar, butter, clotted
cream , full cream milk powder are the basis. Where possible the ingredients
are Fairtrade. I am certified by the Soil Association and the Fairtrade
Federation.
I offer a range of packaging options, biodegradable where possible.
