When purchasing a whole pig outright you are purchasing a voucher which entitles you to redeem a whole pig. Vouchers to redeem whole pigs must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. The scheme typically lasts 4 - 6 months during the fattening process. Redemption of the voucher means starting the scheme. The scheme may then run outside of the voucher redemption period. I.e. if you wait almost 6 months before starting your scheme, and then select a new born weaner to fatten taking 6 months, you would receive your pig 12 months from date of purchase. If you require your pig sooner or immediately we can usually accommodate you from our own fattening herd. Pigs are supplied on a first come basis, and so if you would like your pig sooner or immediately, please contact us to check availability. Vouchers are not refundable and have no cash value.
