Our organic beef is produced from home bred, BSE free Aberdeen Angus X cattle. The calves remain with their mothers before being weaned at 6 months old, after which they then live entirely on grass. We never buy in or feed concentrates so the cattle are naturally reared and all the meat is traditionally hung for a minimum of three weeks to give maximum flavour and texture. The benefits of meat produced in a totally natural way is well documented and several of our customers have commented that our meat ‘tastes just like meat used to taste’ which is what we are working to achieve.

We offer a choice of organic beef selection boxes which offer excellent value, as well as a full range of joints, steaks and casserole meat, all of which can be delivered the following day in insulated boxes by courier service or collected directly from the farm at a time convenient to you. Orders can also be modified to suit your requirements so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any specific enquiries.
