Wark Farm is a family run business specialising in the production of traditional breed meats and charcuterie. Products include cured and smoked sausages, smoked goose, cured beef, confits & rilettes and bacons and hams alongside fresh beef, lamb, pork and geese.
We make organic preserves from our own fruit, vegetables & herbs. Some are based on traditional recipes, others we've developed ourselves. Everything is hand-cooked in small batches to preserve as much flavour as possible. Soil Association certified AB 18494 & DM18494.
