Bath Harvest Rapeseed Oil is produced by cold pressing seed we have grown on Wilmington Farm near Bath. Cold Pressing is a single, chemical free process, which preserves the natural qualities of our oil creating a uniquely subtle, bright and light nutty flavour perfect for all your cooking and drizzling needs. Rapeseed oil contains half the saturated fat of olive oil and ten times more Omega 3. It makes delicious crispy roast potatoes, pork crackling and lovely light salad dressings. You can even use it for cake recipes such as carrot or ginger!
