The Copas family have been producing luxury turkeys in Cookham since 1957 & still use old-fashioned methods; Traditional breeds are raised to adult maturity for succulence & density of meat, then plucked by hand & game-hung for 2wks for tenderness & flavour.

We only serve free range meat, sustainably sourced fish, local milk and eggs and we bake all of our cakes with free range eggs. Our menu focuses on 'Street Food' - simple, everyday food made fresh to order. We offer a warm welcome, a friendly face and a great breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea.

STANLAKE PARK WINE ESTATE is Berkshire's largest and most awarded vineyard. Many say it's our best kept secret ! Situated near Twyford, Ruscombe and Hurst, the Cellar Shop is open everyday from 10 - 5 Monday through Saturday and form Noon - 5 on Sundays.
