Our cakes are made with the best ingredients and we use as much local produce as we can; all of the eggs we use come from our own flock. Our methods of production remain unchanged; everything is made in small batches, by hand, in our kitchen, to recipes that have been handed down through the generations. We believe the old ways are the best ones, and slow food is the best sort of food.
