Available are home and local farm reared beef - a speciality which is hanged for a minimum of four weeks, pork, lamb, poultry , game, venison and ostrich. + 18 varieties of sausage, all with a no shrink guarantee. Home made pork pies, pasties, haslets, brawns and freshly baked cakes are also available. A great day out. Many of the animals are on view to the public; children and adults alike are encouraged to wander round and mix with some of the animals.
