We are a traditional family butcher sourcing our meat locally and making award winning pies and sausage rolls in our shop.
We produce handmade sausages & sausage rolls. Our sausage rolls are a massive 220g approx of which 70% approx is lean pork. They are in a puff pastry with an egg wash glaze. They come in 10 different fillings from traditional Old Porky to The Hot Shot laced with fiery chilli. Available chilled or frozen. If chilled they can be frozen on day of delivery. We now have 3 more: Piggy Black, Blue Moon & Tommy Sunrise. Our sausages are handmade in 25 flavours.Trade enquiries welcome.
A Sussex produced award winning range of 18 sweet fruit, flower, herb and balsamic vinegars; 11 infused extra virgin olive oils; 4 readymade dressings; 10 unusual preserves including spiced fruits and 'chuckles'. Visits by arrangement.

Farm fresh raw organic milk, un-pasteurised, un-homogenised natural clean milk with friendly bacteria. We deliver in our local area or you can buy whole milk, skimmed or butter online. When our milk turns you can make yoghurt or cheese, when other milk turns it is rancid and must be thrown away!
