fine quality Herefordshire cyder. Our quality cyder is made in the traditional way with no use of chemicals or additives of any sort. We make 'real' cyder as a microbrewery may make 'real' ale. We use traditional varieties of apples such as Foxwhelp, Dabinett, Michelin and Kingston Black. We are proud of and have a passion for what we do. We also like to drink it; that is why we make it!
