Halsey's is a fabulous deli with a cosy tearoom serving homemade, seasonal lunches and snacks. We've also introduced a self serve salad bar where you can help yourself to dishes like Butter beans, rocket & chorizo, Spiced oriental leaf salad, pesto potatoes and Roasted butternut with local goats cheese. We only sell locally grown, seasonal fruit and veg with other regionally sourced products like Wobbly Bottom goats cheese, handmade meringues and fairy cakes all from Hitchin.
