The Cooking Academy

At The Cooking Academy we are all about food of provenance, whether it’s organic spices or cookery classes. In the Cookery school we teach people to cook everyday cuisine as well as Middle Eastern and Asian food. Our classes will teach you how to use herbs and spices to both enhance the flavour of cooking as naturally as possible whilst harnessing the medicinal value of the ingredients for well being. All the herbs and spices can be bought in The Spice Shop and are available for wholsale.
