We are a small family business which specialises in producing a quality range of products. We produce a range of dry cure bacon including shortback, which won Gold at the Great Taste Awards in 2005, middle, streaky and our own recipe pancetta. Our Maple smoked shortback is smoked on the premises. We also cure our own hams. We have a range of twelve pork sausages, including one which is gluten free, and several which are made to our own unique recipes. We try to regularly extend our range with new flavours. We also make a range of lean juicy burgers- pork, pork & apple, pork with Lancashire cheese plus a bacon burger.
