Porcus is a small farm business, located on the moors above Todmorden, which aims to bring fantastic food to local tables, whilst making sure all our animals are kept in the highest welfare standards. Our pigs are all freerange - allowed to roam on pasture throughout the year, doing things pigs love to do! Our stock includes Saddlebacks, Tamworths and Gloucester Old Spots, all of which are slow grown to produce succulent fantastic tasting meat. We produce, at the farm a range of sausages, hams, premium joints and amazing traditional drycure smoked and unsmoked bacon.
