Traditional Farm Fresh Free Range Bronze Turkeys, Geese & Game. All our poultry are brought in as day olds and allowed free access to the fresh pasture that surrounds the farm in Croxton Kerrial. Once mature the birds are prepared on farm and hung in cold storage for 10 days to help develop a fuller flavour. The birds are then packed ready for collection. PLEASE NOTE; NO DELIVERY. Because the birds are matured we do require a few days notice of orders.

Manufacturers of Melton Mowbray liqueurs. We only use the finest spirits, to which we add our fruit. The fruit is then left to infuse naturally over a period of several months. This traditional method allows the fruit flavours to slowly transform the spirits, giving them wonderful new flavours. No colourings or preservatives are required. We use quality fruit much of which is hand picked by ourselves from the hedgerows in and around Melton Mowbray.
