This traditional method allows the fruit flavours to slowly transform the spirits, giving them wonderful new flavours. No colourings or preservatives are required. The company designs, supplies and installs automatic wood chip, wood pellet and log heating systems, along with appropriate fuel handling and storage facilities. Traditional Farm Fresh Free Range Bronze Turkeys, Geese & Game. All our poultry are brought in as day olds and allowed free access to the fresh pasture that surrounds the farm in Croxton Kerrial. Once mature the birds are prepared on farm and hung in cold storage for 10 days to help develop a fuller flavour. The birds are then packed ready for collection. PLEASE NOTE; NO DELIVERY. Because the birds are matured we do require a few days notice of orders.
