We make organic preserves from our own fruit, vegetables & herbs. Some are based on traditional recipes, others we've developed ourselves. Everything is hand-cooked in small batches to preserve as much flavour as possible. Soil Association certified AB 18494 & DM18494.

Available by home delivery, mail order or at local Farmers' Markets, we produce a range of artisan foods, including hand made breads, baking and salad dressings, using many organic ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible, and free- range eggs. We specialise in traditional recipes and cooking methods with a modern twist. We also stock a range of local products from like-minded small producers, including Ola Extra Virgin Cold Pressed rapeseed oils from Aberdeenshire.
