Award-winning traditionally reared turkeys are grown naturally and slowly to full maturity. They are free to roam in grassy paddocks and fields around the farm, enjoying a completely natural diet of cereals and vegetable protein. They are never given antibiotics or additives for growth promotion.

Brightwell Vineyard

Our 14 acre vineyard is situated 8 miles south of Oxford on the River Thames. We currently produce 3 white wines, 1 rosé, 1 red and a traditional method sparkling wine, with a total annual production of 30,000 bottles. Our wines have won awards both nationally and internationally - Concours Européan des Vignerons Indépendants: Gold and Silver medals, Decanter World Wine Awards: Bronze medal.
