The Deli Shack is all about supplying fabulous Westcountry fayre.Our job, and it hardly seems like hard work, is to look in all of those nooks and crannies that unless it's your sole aim in life to find, you might well miss. Everything that we select for sale has been tried out first through our market stall business based in Mid Devon. It's only once we have some real customer feedeback that we decide whether to put it on the site for everyone to see. We care about taste and animal welfare. Our Rare Breed cattle, pigs & sheep are reared naturally, living stress free lives with the freedom to roam on large areas of pasture and wooded copses. Feeding on lush Devon pasture grass and bedding down on our own straw. We believe in sustainability and work to make the farm as self sufficient and sustainable as we can. We dry our own hay for winter feed and fertilise our land with our own manure. We are therefore virtually self sufficient
