The fudge is boiled in large copper cauldrons and hand worked on marble slabs in front of you using all natural ingredients. This is a non-butter fudge made with local whipping cream to a recipe from 1830 and has a unique smooth and creamy texture. The fudge is sold in thick luxurious slices and makes the ideal gift for any occasion - or just treat yourself! Hands-on fudge making sessions can also be booked where we let you test your own fudge making skills under the instruction of experts! We now also supply our wonderful product for wholesale on a fresh and locally made basis.
