The fudge is boiled in large copper cauldrons and hand worked on marble slabs in front of you using all natural ingredients. This is a non-butter fudge made with local whipping cream to a recipe from 1830 and has a unique smooth and creamy texture. The fudge is sold in thick luxurious slices and makes the ideal gift for any occasion - or just treat yourself! Hands-on fudge making sessions can also be booked where we let you test your own fudge making skills under the instruction of experts!
