Alex came to my home to teach Dave and I the art of ARTISAN sausage making.It was one of the most intresting and informative days I have ever spent.Dave has not stopped calling me about different recipes and ideas.Alex cooked us breakfast and lunch which was sublime.I can only reccomend this course o any one who wishes to develop their skills in the art of making "real" sausages.Alex is a very knowledgeable man with a wealth of knowledge,and an easy teaching style

I would like to thank you for the wonderful evening of the 9th of October.We entered the supper club as strangers and left with 10 new friends,that we would enjoy sharing an evening with.The food lived up to our expectations and the wine flowed freely.This was a lovely way to spend an evening ,and would throughly recommend it to others.
