A well known bittersweet variety that produces a well balanced cider. Maturing in November it is a regular cropper that is used for commercial crops.

Moderate vigour MM106 rootstock. 'Maiden' trees approx 1.5m tall. Can grow to 3.5-4.5m height and spread in 10+ years. Usually support with stake for the first 2-3 years.
