Most well known culinary apple. Large green flat round green apples often with a red flush. Sharp in flavour, ideal for cooking. On moderate vigour MM106 rootstock for larger gardens where there is more space.
One year 'maiden' tree 1.2-1.5m tall. Can grow to 3.5-4.5m height and spread in 10+ years. Usually support with stake for the first 2-3 years.
