Ants Big Beefburgers

Recipe supplied by Bill Newton

1 lb lean beef (minced) 450g
1 Medium sized onion, finely chopped
1 Egg
1 teaspoon dijon mustard (optional)
Herbs from the garden, mint, thyme, chives, parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper to season.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Shape into big burgers or small ones for kids. Fry grill or barbeque. Serve in a bun or in italian tomato sauce.
