Put the peas in the blender and whix for a bit, add the tahina paste, mustard, lemon juice, little bit of garlic, olive oil, the whix until creamy. Add salt and pepper and a little more garlic to taste.
400g tin of Chick peas
125ml tahina paste
100ml lemon juice
1 clove of garlic (optional)
20ml olive oil
1/2 teaspoon french mustard
chopped parsley
