Slice the meat into thinnish strips, spice it with salt, and sprinkle some vinegar and Soya sauce on it. Let it marinade for at least 2 hours.
In a heated pot with a little oil and butter, brown the meat, and a little later add the almonds. When the almonds turn lightly brown, add a little water, the marinade, and the raisins, and let it cook for about 45 minutes on low heat. Stir in some cream, spice it with some vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar, and thicken the sauce.
