Banana Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients for Bana Cream Pie are as follows:



CRUST

1 and 2/3 cup of all purpose flour, 1 stick of unsalted butter, 1/2 cup of ice water,1 large egg (beaten for egg wash)



BANANA CREAM PIE FILLING (CUSTARD)

4 large egg yolks, 3 medium bananas, 3 cups of whole milk, 2/3 cup of sugar, 5 TBSP of corn starch

1/4 tsp of salt, 1 pint of whipping cream (any small tub of whipped topping may be used as well)
