We are regular visitors to this little gem, just off the A1, south of Berwick upon Tweed. Great selection of homemade fare at exceptionally low prices. Afternoon tea is a delight. Home baking at its best. Don't expect fancy coffees.. it's not that sort of place. Tradition rules. A proper, old-fashioned tea room.

Dropped in yesterday, 6Apr17; for tea, coffee, and meringues. Awesome! Great value for money!!

We are regular visitors as the quality of the restaurant food and also the value for money are second to none! The staff are always pleasant and friendly, the service never slow and their marmalades are a must buy! ( I have never found them to be anything but fruity and flavoursome . Their mince and dumplings are exceptional! I would not hesitate to recommend Oxford to anyone .

We visited this farm shop out of curiosity while travelling through the area. It seemed to be a pleasant little tea room in operation but when we saw 'pick your own' raspberries and strawberries we grabbed an empty punnet. A lovely way to break up the afternoon and the raspberries were beautiful. The owner spent some time talking with us about the varieties of fruit growing at the farm and with suggestions on scenic routes for our continuing journey. We will certainly return next time in the area.
