We love to see them undercutting supermarket prices by avoiding middle men margins yet selling fresher, better food. We hope many Farm shops will team up with schools and join our Crop For the Shop scheme to encourage local people to grow or produce great food to be sold through the shop, all helping build a more resilient and sustainable local food supply chain. If you are a vegetarian or vegan please use your local farm shop even if they sell or produce meat.
