We produce award-winning pork & traditional sausage:
Little Uns, Middle Uns, Big Uns & Curly Uns made with coarse-minced pork for a good chew + apple juice which caramelises on the natural skins. Welsh Uns (leeks), Spicy Uns (mild chilli & smoked paprika), French Uns (wholegrain mustard), Itali Uns (tomatoes & Italian herbs) plus Venis Uns (venison & red wine).
Our traditional plain Berkshire bacon is traditionally dry-cured. We produce:
Short-back, middle, streaky, collar (shoulder) & leg. Our normal cut is medium - thick, but if you call us beforehand we will cut to your preference.

Our small Farm Shop is open 8am-7pm 7days / week. Open at other times by arrangement (just give us a call). All major credit & debit cards accepted.
Min order value £15. Within 50 miles of Dunley at a time to suit you. Other destinations will be by courier.
Please check our website calendar for Farmers Markets & Food Festivals. We organise a local monthly community market at Chaddesley Corbett Village Hall. All of the above produce plus other local producers including: pork pies, artisan bread, fresh vegetables, honey, jam, chutney, eggs, home-baking, cordials, cakes, chocolate, dog treats, knitwear,silver jewellery, shabby-chic furniture, plants, handmade aromatic gifts, (stalls may vary).

Chaddesley Corbett Market has a pop-up cafe serving hot & cold food & drinks. We also support the following charities who are given a free stall: Headway The Brain Injury Association & Jordan Bear Lurcher & Greyhound Rescue.
