Bought a ham hock but despite cooking it slowly for over 3 hours, the meat was tough as an old boot. I have bought and cooked ham hocks for over 40 years but not in this part of the UK. This is the first one whose meat did not fall off the bone. It was not even tasty. Very, very disappointed
