The Young family have farmed Redsteads Farm 116 years, The farm is situated in north Northumberland on the Fallodon Estate, once the home of Lord Grey.
We farm a small flock of pedigree Beltex sheep and a commercial flock of north country mules crossed with our Beltex tups, producing top quality grass fed lambs, we also have a new herd of Gloucester Old Spot Pigs and small area arable providing bedding and fodder for our livestock.
We sell our butchered lamb & pork direct from the farm to local restaurants & private customers, Our lamb is butchered to order & delivered to your door, we have personally delivered to a lot of areas of the country this year including Northumberland, Durham, North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire & Mid Wales, so please ask for details before ordering as we may be able to deliver to your door.
